All requests for tours and applications are handled on an individual basis. We consider it crucial for families to explore our campus and discover everything we have to offer.

5 years old on or before September 1st to start Kindergarten

Official birth certificate and a copy; copy is retained by the school

Baptismal Certificate (If Applicable)

Report Card(s) for transferring students

Dental, Health & Immunization forms before the first day of school

Signed & dated school contract

$75 non-refundable registration fee paid through FACTS
